"I have terminal cancer and I will still go to vote, so go out and vote, people!"

A terminal cancer patient who made a widely-viewed video earlier this week urging people to vote in #Taiwan's elections on Saturday has died, narrowly missing what would have been the 20-year-old's first opportunity to vote.
